Morgan, SEA Electric and Central Trailer Service to Fulfill 40+ EV Truck Body Orders
22nd Dec 2021
As electrification gains traction, Morgan continues to innovate
Morgan Truck Body will be fulfilling over 40 electric vehicle truck bodies by the end of 2022 thanks to its collaboration with SEA Electric and Central Trailer Service. The truck chassis will be upfitted with Morgan’s lightweight aluminum dry freight body and feature SEA Electric’s zero-emission SEA-Drive Power System. The collaboration came to fruition thanks in part to the EV orders continuously rising.
“It takes exceptional collaboration to bring a major order like this to fruition,” says Tom Diez, Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Morgan Truck Body. “We especially appreciate working with SEA Electric and Central Trailer Service to serve and support the growing demand for fully electric trucks and fleets throughout North America. As electrification gains traction, Morgan will continue to provide the most innovative and technologically advanced commercial truck body solutions.”
