Our business unit Morgan Olson opened a plant in Ringgold, Virginia, determined to continue investing in a community filled with skilled workers. The company announced that it would be creating 1,000 jobs.
The new Cane Creek Centre Industrial Park, including Morgan Olson, AeroFarms, Walraven and Tyson, has seen a surge in growth, helping bring about 1,200 total jobs to the community. Morgan Olson’s capital investment was announced at about $58 million.
“Between companies like Morgan Olson, AeroFarms, and Tyson Foods, we are thrilled with the capital investments and job creation happening in the Cane Creek Centre, which is quickly filling up,” said Dan River District Supervisor Joe Davis.
